Return Policies

All our garments are manufactured using the best materials and are guaranteed for quality.

Your complete satisfaction is our paramount goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will be glad to exchange or refund the purchase price, provided the product is unused and the tags are attached.

All “On Sale” item sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on this sale item. We only accept exchanges on items not on sale. There are no refunds.

Returned items purchased with a “Discount or Free Shipping Coupon” can be refunded, minus the shipping cost. These items may also be exchanged with buyer paying any difference and all shipping costs.

You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

When a return is needed, we ask you to send an email (info@yaninasportswear.com) with the reason and we will then gladly send you a Return Authorization (RA). This must be done within 15 days of the date of invoice. Please include a copy of the invoice with the RA number and send your package via a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and are always the customer’s responsibility. Returned items must be sent to the following address:
